Les amis de la montagne, in collaboration with LaGlisse.ca, will provide a demonstration of this original activity suitable for 3 to 83 year-olds, this Saturday, January 31, in Mount Royal Park.
Try out this traditional Scandinavian sport that is both environmentally and family friendly, already adopted by millions of Europeans! Whether solo or in tandem with your child seated in the front of the kicksled, enjoy the pleasures of winter. The technique can be learned within minutes and .. you're off!
