Awards ceremony for our 2015 photo contest

On Saturday October 31st we held the awards ceremony for our 2015, « La montagne en images », photo contest.
This year’s contest saw 41 photographers submit almost 200 photos for our consideration.

12 prizes were awarded to the winners:

Grand Prize: A $100 gift certificate to the “Royal Photo” store, Montreal photographer Nicolas Ruel’s book entitled “Montréal/Projet 8 secondes” and a guided walking tour for two from Les amis de la montagne (a value of $44).

Prize « des Amis »: A $50 gift certificate to the “Royal Photo” store, Montreal photographer Nicolas Ruel’s book entitled “Montréal/Projet 8 secondes” and a guided walking tour for two from Les amis de la montagne (a value of $44).

And for each category:

1st Prize: A $50 gift certificate to the “Royal Photo” store, Montreal photographer Nicolas Ruel’s book entitled “Montréal/Projet 8 secondes” and a guided walking tour for two from Les amis de la montagne (a value of $44).

2nd Prize : A $25 gift certificate to our boutique or the Café des Amis (both located in the Smith House), Montreal photographer Nicolas Ruel’s book entitled “Montréal/Projet 8 secondes” and a guided walking tour for two from Les amis de la montagne (a value of $44).

These photos will be exhibited for one year at Café des Amis in the Smith House.
