After the race... A gourmet Food Feast for the Benefit of Mount Royal!

The Tuques Bleues Celebration is a sporting benefit event, but also a gastronomic experience! When arriving at Mount Royal Chalet after their 2.5 km snowshoe hike, foodies will feast on a gourmet banquet to the wild and rhythmic sounds of Dj Pocket.

On the menu: revisited classics made in part with local and organic products, in addition to Gattuso biobio gourmet products, Dornier wines, Domaine Pinnacle selection of ice cider and “coureur des bois” whiskey.

Here is a sample of the menu to make your mouth water: braided cedar plank salmon andmaple butter, crusted pork filet and calvados apple compote, braised pork belly slider on mini pretzel bun, coq au vin and spaetzel, and more!

After this delicious meal, the champions of the race will be awarded with medals and the official trophy and two participants will get a chance to win a pair of snowshoes offered by Tubbs and Atlas Snowshoes.
