A mountain of fun and discovery!
Les amis de la montagne, in collaboration with the Ville de Montréal, are pleased to offer their summer day camp for a fifth year. Children aged 6 to 11 years old will once again have the opportunity to enjoy the exceptional setting and natural environment Mount Royal has to offer.
The camp is offered in French, for a period of one or two weeks, consecutive or not, with two themes offered to children ages 6 to 8 from June 24 to August 16, and for ages 9 to 11, from July 15 to August 9. The day camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with an extended-hours program available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Experienced and passionate educators will welcome children at Maison Smith where their days will be filled with activities in the mountain’s natural surroundings in the heart of Montreal. Campers will be introduced to the natural sciences, architecture, history and art. Adventures and challenges await these young naturalists in-the-making who will be able to boast of having climbed the mountain’s three summits and uncovered its many secrets, from the presence of the Amerindians to present day.
