THIS WEEKEND ON THE MOUNTAIN...
THE GUIDED WALK "FROM THE MOUNTAIN TO THE RIVER"
This remarkable trail follows the streams that descend the mountain to the river. An invitation from Les amis de la montagne to retrace the historic, geographic and cultural links between Mount Royal and the Saint-Lawrence River.
Les amis de la montagne have partnered with the Centre d'histoire de Montréal this year to offer the guided walk at a reduced price, as well as a discount for entry at the Centre d’histoire to discover the exhibit titled, “La face cachée de la montagne”. This exhibit was created by the Université de Montréal on the occasion of the university’s 100th anniversary to showcase the heritage treasures of the northern slope of Mount Royal.
