CULTURAL ACTIVITIES THIS WEEKEND ON MOUNT ROYAL

Les amis de la montagne invite you to free cultural activities this weekend on the mountain: a piano recital with Justine Pelletier at the Chalet du Mont-Royal and an exhibition at Maison Smith for art and nature lovers.
 
The complete calendar of events is available on Les amis de la montagne’s website at themountroyal.qc.ca. Les amis de la montagne’s activities are organized in collaboration with the Ville de Montréal.
 

 
“LES DIMANCHES EN MUSIQUE AT THE CHALET DU MONT-ROYAL
 
Forte-piano! Recital by Justine Pelletier, a young pianist from Montreal, doctoral student at the Université de Montréal, recipient of several prestigious awards from the Université de Montréal, the Prix d’Europe and the OSM. A recital of fantasy, dance and barcarole.
 
Participants may join Les amis de la montagne for a bilingual guided visit of the Chalet following the performance, relating the buildings’ history, architecture and works of art.

This new series of free concerts is presented each month until October and aims to promote the talent of young musicians from musical institutions established on the mountain.
