BRIEF ON THE COLLÈGE NOTRE-DAME CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN MONTREAL

At the Office de consultation publique de Montréal on February 19, Les amis de la montagne submitted a brief on the real estate master plan and the development of the Collège Notre-Dame campus, which plans to upgrade and expand sports and relaxation facilities for students, in addition to reclassify the spaces outside the perimeter of the main building to improve the quality of the landscape.

Considering the continuation of the institutional role of the property and the requirements that have been raised by the various municipal and governmental authorities who have analyzed the development project of the College, Les amis believe that the proposed expansion projects are acceptable, however, special attention should be given to the development and accessibility of this property for the benefit of the entire community.
