Les amis de la montagne is proud to present the exhibition "In the Foosteps of our Discoverers - The Remarkable History of Montréal," which highlights the collection of paintings decorating the walls of the majestic Mount Royal Chalet.
Until January 7, 2018, a series of installations showcase the 17 paintings depicting selected moments in the history of Montréal and New France that were originally commissioned for the Chalet from well-known artists such as Marc-Aurèle Fortin, Paul-Émile Borduas and Edwin H. Holgate. Please note that the Chalet is closed on January 6.

Come discover the history of Montréal with your family!
Games and activities for the whole family take place in the Mount Royal Chalet on December 23 and 24, December 27 to 31 and January 3 to 7, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Please note that the Chalet is closed on January 6.
On Sunday, January 7, Les amis de la montagne will mark the end of the exhibition with special activities and surprises from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.!
