Skate to your heart’s content on the scenic refrigerated ice rink next to the Beaver Lake Pavilion.

Mount Royal Park

Take advantage of the 2,500 m2 refrigerated  skating rink next to the Beaver Lake Pavilion this winter. Music and light add a touch of magic by day and by night! If you get cold, the Café des Amis food counter offers a variety of hot drinks and comfort food to warm up and enjoy on the go (take-out menu only).

Public health measures in effect:

  • Maximum capacity of skating rink: 50 people 

  • Wait line: up to 20 people 

  • Please note that it is not possible to reserve a time slot for skating.

  • Entries and exits are controlled in the skating zone (Sunday through Thursday) 

  • An outdoor area for putting on skates and storing boots is reserved in front of the pavilion (no lockers available).

  • The Pavilion is closed, with the exception of the restrooms and Café des Amis. 

  • Restrooms are available from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Opening hours starting January 9 (weather permitting):

  • Daily, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 

Rink maintenance is provided by the City of Montréal according to schedule posted on premises.
