Skating at Beaver Lake

Starting on December 2, skate on the City of Montréal’s refrigerated skating rink next to the Beaver Lake Pavilion (pavillon du Lac-aux- Castors).

Opening hours :

Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Free admission.

Skate rentals

Available at $9 for 2 hours.


Musical and gourmet evening at Beaver Lake

Glide around the Beaver Lake skating rink to the tune of various musical genres! Each weekend, the pavilion’s Café des Amis features a special menu ($).

Every Friday and Saturday in January and February, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Free admission.

Here is the program :

  • January 5 – 6: Rock ‘n roll – beer and mini-burgers
  • January 12 – 13: Waltzes and grand operas – sparkling wine and chocolate truffles
  • January 19 – 20: 80s music – sangria and little sandwiches
  • January 26 – 27: Disco - pizza
  • February 2 – 3: Electro – cocktails and tapas
  • February 9 – 10: 90s music - pizza
  • February 16 – 17: Swing & jazz – martini and olives
  • February 23 – 24: Quebec traditional music – Quebec wines and cheeses

Skating is not supervised after 4 p.m. on December 24 and 31, as well as on December 25 and January 1.

*Note: Rink maintenance is provided by the City according to the schedule posted on the premises.
