Discover our range of activities below. We offer guided discovery walks and snowshoe excursions, as well as outdoor recreation activities (snow tubing and skate, snowshoe and cross-country ski rentals). Combine the two and treat yourself to an unforgettable day of fun on Mount Royal!
Explore the mountain from a new perspective, whether in the daytime or at night, with the help of our expert nature guides. Their historical anecdotes and vast knowledge of biodiversity will leave you knowing a lot more about Mount Royal than you did before. Want to get some fresh air? Put on your snowshoes and set off in search of the mountain’s secrets.

In addition to its idyllic setting, the mountain has plenty of designated areas for winter sports and recreation. What’s your favourite winter activity? Snow-tubing or tobogganing? Cross-country skiing? Can you skate backwards like a pro? Is snowshoeing your thing? We rent equipment for all of them!
The Café des Amis can reserve a space for you and your group on the mountain. Add a meal to your activity and enjoy a full day in the park!

Cancellation by Les Amis de la montagne
In case of poor site or weather conditions, our organization reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity to ensure the safety of participants. The Education team will notify you 24 to 48 hours before your outing. You will not be charged any fees.
Cancellation by the Organizer
If you cancel less than 10 business days before the outing, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the outing, or if you do not show up on the day of your activity, your organization will be charged the minimum rate stipulated in your contract.
