The season of community environmental actions with Les amis de la montagne has just come to a close on Mount Royal. Between May and October, nearly 1,500 volunteers got involved on the mountain to preserve its natural habitats and contribute to the preservation of its biodiversity.
As part of the Seeds for the Future of Mount Royalproject, the Collectif pour une forêt durable joined forces with Les amis de la montagne to present their "Une forêt de possibilités" campaign and offer various activities on the ephemeral projects site of the Université de Montréal MIL Campus.
Each year, Les amis de la montagne seeks financial support from the community to help protect and improve our beautiful mountain, one of Montréal’s defining landmarks.
