Experience Mount Royal in the Early Hours: A gentle walk with music

Join us for a musical discovery walk on Mount Royal, and let your senses be awakened as you bask in the quiet beauty of the mountain in the early morning.
The activity will start at 6:15 a.m. with a contemplative, sensory walk in the company of Scientific Advisor at Les Amis de la montagne and Shinrin Yoku guide, Éric Richard. This gentle hike will take you from the foot of the mountain’s eastern slope to Kondiaronk Belvedere, where Laurent Guardo, a distinguished musician and long-time collaborator of Daniel Lavoie, will perform a hurdy-gurdy concert for you.. The activity will conclude with a stroll interspersed with music at the summit of Mount Royal.
There are several possible meeting points for the various segments of the activity:
6:15 a.m.: Meet at the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Monument (Avenue du Parc) for the sensory walk
8 a.m.: Meet at Kondiaronk Belvedere for the hurdy-gurdy concert by Laurent Guardo
8:30 a.m.: Meet at Kondiaronk Belvedere for the stroll interspersed with music at the mountain’s summit.
