What You Can Do to Help

Reporting Problems in Mount Royal Park
Mount Royal Park is managed and maintained by the City of Montréal. Should you witness an infraction to park rules or notice any kind of issue related to park wildlife, flora, facilities or infrastructures, you should first inform the city by calling 3-1-1 or sending an email.

Once you’ve informed the city, please contact us to let us know about the issue, complaint or problem. Your feedback allows us to enhance visitors’ experience on the mountain all year round. For information on what is permitted or not in the park, please see park rules in our FAQ.
