What You Can Do to Help
Reporting Problems in Mount Royal Park
Mount Royal Park is managed and maintained by the City of Montréal. Should you witness an infraction to park rules or notice any kind of issue related to park wildlife, flora, facilities or infrastructures, you should first inform the city by calling 3-1-1 or sending an email.
Once you have contacted the city, feel free to inform us of the issue encountered by calling us at 514-843-8240, extension 1, or by sending us an email at info@lemontroyal.qc.ca. Your feedback allows us to enhance visitors’ experience on the mountain all year round. For information on what is allowed in the park, please consult the park rules in our FAQ.
