Climbing Mount Royal Guided Discovery Walk

Sundays, September 5 and 19 and Saturdays, October 2 and 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Join this guided nature walk to learn about the mountain’s urban forest and ensure its conservation.


Guided Discovery Walk: Mount Royal’s Northern Flank

Saturdays, September 4 and October 30, Sundays, September 12 and October 10 and Thursday, October 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This guided discovery walk shines a new light on a lesser-known summit of Mount Royal by exploring the mountain’s hidden side.

Saturday, September 18, Sundays, October 3 and 31 and Thursday, October 21 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Explore the forest of Mount Royal Park to discover its fauna, flora, panoramas and history. 


Shinrin-yoku Walk: Forest Bathing on Mount Royal

Saturday, September 25, Thursday, September 30 and Sunday, October 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Connect with nature and treat yourself to a wellness moment as you discover Mount Royal’s forest through your senses (sensory exploration, contemplation, relaxation, creativity).
