Guided Excursion: Fort Royal Rally (Spring - Fall)

Working in teams, students will take on challenges that require observation, listening, memory and cooperation.

Working in teams, students will take on challenges that require observation, listening, memory and cooperation. Successful completion of the various tests will allow them to win keys, only one of which will open the Fort Royal Rally mystery chest. These activities combine educational content with interactive and dynamic games that allow for a fun dive into the history and biodiversity of Mount Royal. Note that a more in-depth exploration of certain themes is possible; if there is a topic you would like to see covered in more detail, please indicate it in the registration form.
 

Starting point:  Parking lots at Beaver Lake Pavilion, 2000 Remembrance Road, Montreal, Quebec, H3H 1X and Smith House, 1260 Remembrance Road, Montreal, Quebec, H3H 1X2
Level: Elementary Cycle 2 and 3 (ages 8 to 12)
Duration: Half day (2 h) or full day (4.5 h)
Rates: Half day: $10 per child (minimum $180).
Full day: $18 per child (minimum $324)

Compétences pédagogiques: Pedagogical skills: Science and technology, the living world: characteristics, structure and transformation of living things, energy sources of living beings, interactions between living organisms and their environment, and interaction between humans and their environment, and land and space: properties, characteristics and transformation of matter.

Generic skills: Cooperation, communication and critical judgment.
