Inspired by Japanese forest bathing, this Shinrin Yoku walk on Mount Royal, led by our certified guide Éric Richard, offers a slow sensory immersion fostering relaxation, contemplation, and connection to nature. 

This Shinrin Yoku session invites you to contemplate the abundance of spring wildflowers in Summit Woods and the life they sustain, from pollinators to birds. A slow, sensory immersion to reconnect with the vibrant rhythm of nature.
