Three warm and welcoming venues for a snack, drink or meal to go in Mount Royal Park.
Located at the Beaver Lake Pavilion, at the Mount Royal Chalet and the Smith House, each Café des Amis offers its own signature snacks and menu choices for families, hikers and other park users to enjoy. Whether you need a quick snack, a cozy beverage or a full meal, Les Amis will serve you soups, sandwiches and hot chocolates with a smile.
Good news! After several months of closure due to major repairs to the exterior of the building, the Café des Amis in the Beaver Lake Pavilion is finally reopened! It is also the only one of the three Cafés des Amis that offers full meals.
Beaver Lake Pavilion (full meals)

Mount Royal Chalet (coffee shop and sandwiches)
- Monday to Friday: 10AM to 5PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 10AM to 6PM
Smith House (coffee shop)
- Everyday: 10AM to 5PM
