Shinrin Yoku Session: Morning calmness - contemplation and meditation

Inspired by Japanese forest bathing, this Shinrin Yoku walk on Mount Royal, led by our certified guide Éric Richard, offers a slow sensory immersion fostering relaxation, contemplation, and connection to nature.

Begin your day with a peaceful Shinrin Yoku experience at Tiohtià:ke Otsira’kéhne Park. This slow and immersive session invites participants to reconnect with the calm of the morning through contemplation, breathing, sensory awareness, and meditation in nature. A moment of communion with both the group and the natural environment, encouraging presence, connection, and restoration.
