Shinrin Yoku Walk: Forest Bathing on Mount Royal

Many recent studies have shown the health benefits of spending time in nature. In Japan, forest bathing is a common practice. Explore Mount Royal from a different perspective on our Shinrin Yoku walk. Accompanied by our certified guide, Éric Richard, this leisurely 2-km walk is interspersed with opportunities to connect with nature through sensory exploration, contemplation, relaxation and creativity, and to share experiences in small groups.
