Feederwatch Training Session

Take part in a training session to contribute to the FeederWatch citizen science program, which involves counting and identifying the birds present at the feeders in Mount Royal Park.

Feederwatch Training Session

Join us for FeederWatch, a community science project Les Amis de la montagne has proudly taken part in since 2005. The program involves counting and recording the birds seen at feeders in Mount Royal Park, helping researchers track their abundance and distribution. The training includes an indoor presentation, followed by a short outdoor demonstration.

After you’ve followed the training session, you can come back to collect data when it is most convenient for you.
