Led by our certified guide Éric Richard, this walk inspired by Japanese forest bathing offers a slow sensory immersion fostering relaxation, contemplation, and connection to nature. 

As the colours of the evening transform Mount Royal, immerse yourself in an experience where nature and light come together. This sensory journey invites you to slow down and contemplate the forest. The changing light and the beauty of the evening intertwine to create a unique moment of connection with the mountain.
